At Kona Mountain Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our farm-fresh beans; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to initiate a return or replacement request.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For quality concerns or shipping damage, please include photos of the packaging and the product labels to help us improve our roasting and shipping processes.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm if a return shipment is necessary for your specific item.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order within 3-5 business days.
